So, What Happened That Night?

So let’s talk about that night June 3rd 2013…..we had a lot of fun rocking the Afro Punk Battle of the Bands show at Free Candy in BK New York….the place was packed with our fans, friends and family and we gave a hell of a show if I might say so myself.

We did not win the competition, which is something  that surprised most of the people that were in the building that night as well as us.   Either way we rocked the house.  The winner of the battle was  a black Heavy Metal band called Rebelmatic, they were very cool and humble and I liked their energy.

There is video that someone took and uploaded on youtube, it is from a cel phone and the sound level isn’t that great but at least you can feel the energy of that moment.
This  post just goes to show, that even thought things may not go your way at first you must dust your self off and try again.  Smile in the face of adversity, this is going to be an amazing summer for us, and I would hope for you too.  Bless!
